As a consultant, Andrea is passionate about helping organizations advance patient/client outcomes, achieve higher productivity and increase profits by creating a radical caring and workplace culture. In order to help organizations reimagine the workplace culture and create a caring environment, Andrea has developed the Radical Caring & Engagement Initiative. This initiative is designed to engage and empower employees and make them feel as if they are an important member of the team and receive feedback to make them feel valued.

The Radical Caring and Engagement Initiative focuses 3 areas:

  1. Improving the organization’s Caring IntelligenceTM (iCare). Similar to the concept of Emotional Intelligence, Caring IntelligenceTM refers to the ability to identify and regulate how much we care for another; it is the capacity of leadership to care for its employees, employees caring for each others and employees caring for their customers/patients. Caring intelligence has a powerful effect on how one shows up in the world, the ability to foster and deepen relationships, and one's well-being.
  2. In addition to increasing the Caring IntelligenceTM, this initiative promotes the wellness of employees. Self-care is often overlooked, yet it’s the most important thing we can do for ourselves.
  3. Engaging employees with a higher purpose. This is done by connecting to the “why” and incorporating the mission statement and core values into the initiative. There should to be alignment between the organization and its employees.

PERSONAL COACHING

This type of coaching is initiated by the individual. Motivations may vary but often they revolve around goal accomplishment, finding clarity, personal skill development, breaking through obstacles, achieving balance, managing stress, leading people, overcoming conflict, and living purposeful lives. The initial period ranges from 3 to 12 months depending on the individual needs. By investing both your time and money in yourself, you will build a stronger level of commitment to achieve the goals you desire, at a faster pace. As a coach, my goal is to help you transform your perspective, discover your identity, and explore your opportunities.


EXECUTIVE COACHING 

This type of coaching is usually aligned with the company's strategic initiatives, succession planning and/or retention strategies. Vybrant Living LLC will meet with both corporate representatives and each individual being coached to determine the desired outcomes, create the scope of work, and establish performance metrics. This initial period can range from 6 to 18 months, depending on the scope of work.  


LEADERSHIP COACHING

Through coaching, leaders learn how to optimize the value of human capital. Coaching helps them clarify their visions, beliefs, and values, and stretches their capacity to lead and influence. They can then become catalysts for change within their organizations. This type of coaching can be viewed as a bonus and a sign of significant recognition or preparation for next level assignments. In other cases, it can be focused to improve upon strengths. The primary objectives are to enhance performance, develop leadership presence or team-building skills. Vybrant Living LLC will work in conjunction with human resources or another executive. This initial period can range from 6 to 12 months depending on the scope of work.
